  1. Add-ins: shredded cooked chicken, chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, chopped green onions, fresh coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves and mozzarella & cheddar cheese (for filling)

  2. Coating: beaten eggs; bread crumbs.

  3. In 2 tbsp oil, sauté the chicken for 2 minutes.

  4. Add black pepper, garlic powder, red chili powder, crushed red chilies, paprika, and salt.

  5. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Shred the chicken and set aside.

  7. In mashed potatoes, add black pepper, salt, and chicken powder. Mix well.

  8. Combine potato mixture with shredded chicken and all chopped vegetables and herbs.

  9. Take a portion, flatten it, add cheese in the center, and shape into cutlets.

  10. Dip in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs.

  11. Shallow fry until golden and crispy. Serve hot!
