  1. In 1/2 cup oil, add 1 chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped garlic.

  2. Sauté until lightly golden.

  3. Add 1 kg potatoes, thinly cut into finger-shaped fries.

  4. Cook on low flame for 3 minutes.

  5. Now add the spices: 1 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp mustard seeds and 1/2 tbsp nigella seeds.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Add 1 blended tomato and 1 chicken cube.

  8. Pour in 1/2 cup water and mix well.

  9. Pressure cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.

  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, and kasuri methi and some black pepper.

  11. Serve , spicy, flavorful, and super easy Masalaydaar Aloo.
