  1. In a pan, heat 1/3 cup oil. Add the chopped onion and cumin seeds, then sauté until the onion becomes light golden.

  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few seconds. Now add the mince and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.

  3. Add the blended tomatoes, red chilli powder, crushed chillies, coriander powder, salt, and turmeric powder. Mix well.

  4. Add 1.5 cups of water, cover the lid, and cook until the oil separates.

  5. In another pan, heat 4 tbsp oil. Fry the potato cubes until tender.

  6. Boil the green beans for 5 minutes. Add the boiled green beans to the fried potatoes along with 1 sliced onion, and fry for 3 minutes.

  7. Now add the potato and green bean mixture to the mince. Mix well, cover, and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

  8. Garnish with green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, and garam masala.
