Ingredients

  • 10¼ cup oil
  • 41 medium onions · finely chopped
  • 20½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 20½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 10250 g minced meat · beef, mutton, or chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 20½ tsp red chili powder
  • 20½ tsp crushed red chilies
  • 20½ tbsp coriander powder
  • 10¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 41 blended tomatoes
  • 20½ cup mixed vegetables · potatoes, peas, carrots, diced
  • 10¼ cup water
  • 20½ tsp garam masala
  • Fresh coriander leaves and green chilies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions. Sauté until light golden.
  2. Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add minced meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until the color changes.
  4. Add all spices: salt, red chili powder, crushed chilies, coriander powder, and turmeric. Mix well.
  5. Add blended tomatoes and cook until oil separates (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Add all the vegetables and ½ cup of water. Mix well.
  7. Cover the lid and pressure cook for 8 minutes (or cook on low flame until the vegetables are tender).
  8. Finish with garam masala, fresh coriander, and green chilies.
  9. Serve hot with roti or naan, perfect for cozy winter dinners!
