Soak the mutton chops in water with 2 tbsp vinegar for 30 minutes. After that, wash them well and pat them dry.
Sprinkle some salt over the chops. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chops until their color changes. Remove them from the pan and let them cool.
In a bowl, add yogurt, red chilli powder, crushed chillies,garlic powder black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, and a pinch of yellow food color. Mix everything well.
Coat the chops properly with this marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Now place a steamer stand inside a pressure cooker and add 3 cups of water. Place aluminium foil over the steamer, add the marinated chops, and cover them with another sheet of aluminium foil.
Pressure cook on low flame for 50 minutes, or until the chops become tender.
