Ingredients

  • 8⅜ cup oil
  • 33½ medium onions · finely chopped
  • 16¾ tsp cumin seeds
  • 16¾ tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 8375 g minced meat · beef, mutton, or chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 16¾ tsp red chili powder
  • 16¾ tsp crushed red chilies
  • 16¾ tbsp coriander powder
  • 8⅜ tsp turmeric powder
  • 33½ blended tomatoes
  • 16¾ cup mixed vegetables · potatoes, peas, carrots, diced
  • 8⅜ cup water
  • 16¾ tsp garam masala
  • Fresh coriander leaves and green chilies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions. Sauté until light golden.
  2. Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add minced meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until the color changes.
  4. Add all spices: salt, red chili powder, crushed chilies, coriander powder, and turmeric. Mix well.
  5. Add blended tomatoes and cook until oil separates (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Add all the vegetables and ½ cup of water. Mix well.
  7. Cover the lid and pressure cook for 8 minutes (or cook on low flame until the vegetables are tender).
  8. Finish with garam masala, fresh coriander, and green chilies.
  9. Serve hot with roti or naan, perfect for cozy winter dinners!
