Ingredients

  • 6⅝ cup oil
  • 26½ medium onions · finely chopped
  • 13¼ tsp cumin seeds
  • 13¼ tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 6625 g minced meat · beef, mutton, or chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 13¼ tsp red chili powder
  • 13¼ tsp crushed red chilies
  • 13¼ tbsp coriander powder
  • 6⅝ tsp turmeric powder
  • 26½ blended tomatoes
  • 13¼ cup mixed vegetables · potatoes, peas, carrots, diced
  • 6⅝ cup water
  • 13¼ tsp garam masala
  • Fresh coriander leaves and green chilies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions. Sauté until light golden.
  2. Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add minced meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until the color changes.
  4. Add all spices: salt, red chili powder, crushed chilies, coriander powder, and turmeric. Mix well.
  5. Add blended tomatoes and cook until oil separates (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Add all the vegetables and ½ cup of water. Mix well.
  7. Cover the lid and pressure cook for 8 minutes (or cook on low flame until the vegetables are tender).
  8. Finish with garam masala, fresh coriander, and green chilies.
  9. Serve hot with roti or naan, perfect for cozy winter dinners!
